Adult ADHD
DSM-5 evaluation with ASRS-v1.1, BAARS-IV, and Conners scales; stimulant and non-stimulant management with PDMP review, controlled-substance agreements, and UDS. ICD-10 F90.x.
Spravato® (esketamine)
REMS-certified administration for treatment-resistant depression and MDD with acute suicidal ideation, with monitored in-office sessions. ICD-10 F33.x.
Primary & chronic disease
Comprehensive adult primary care, diabetes optimization, and neuropathy management with in-office diagnostics.
Pain management

Controlled-substance programs
Our ADHD and pain programs operate under PDMP review at every visit, controlled-substance agreements, and baseline and random urine drug screening. Spravato® is delivered under the FDA-required REMS program at our certified center.
