Acute and chronic pain care, non-opioid first
A multimodal approach that treats the source of your pain and restores function, with opioids never the default starting point.
Good pain care is about more than a prescription. We use a multimodal approach, combining the right treatments to reduce pain and rebuild function, and we lead with non-opioid options. When pain is acute, we treat it decisively. When it is chronic, we manage it as an ongoing relationship.
Who it is for
- Adults with acute pain from injury or a recent procedure
- People living with chronic pain who want a structured, safety-minded plan
- Patients who want a non-opioid-first approach focused on function
What this visit includes
Multimodal treatment
Layered, evidence-based options chosen for your specific pain.
Non-opioid-first care
Opioids are not the default. When used at all, they are managed carefully.
Function-focused goals
Plans built around getting you back to the things you need to do.
Coordinated follow-up
Ongoing adjustments as your pain and goals change.
Your visit, step by step
Your first visit covers a full history of your pain, what has helped, what has not, and your goals. We build a plan from there and follow up to adjust it. Controlled medications, where appropriate, are managed under monitoring.
Frequently asked
Will I be put on opioids?
Not by default. We lead with non-opioid treatments. If opioids are ever appropriate, they are used carefully and under monitoring.
Do you treat both acute and chronic pain?
Yes. We handle acute pain from injuries or procedures as well as ongoing chronic pain management.
What does a multimodal plan look like?
It combines several evidence-based approaches at once rather than relying on a single treatment, which tends to control pain better and protect function.
Do you take insurance?
We work with most major plans and will verify your benefits before your visit.
