Your first visit
New patients are typically seen within about a week. Your first appointment is a real conversation, we review your history, your current medications, and your goals, then build a plan you understand before you leave.
What to bring
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of current medications and dosages
- Allergies and relevant medical history
- Recent records or test results, if you have them
